[Link] HPE acquires Juniper Networks for $14 billion. Something tells me this was a long time in the making. I remember 14 years ago when HP made what seemed to me like a huge acquisition, of 3Com.
[Link] Vantage Data Centers Announces $6.4 Billion Equity Investment Led by DigitalBridge and Silver Lake. Vantage has 25 sites in North America and EMEA with over three gigawatts of expected capacity. As part of the company’s investment plan, Vantage’s strategic land bank is expected to drive an estimated $30 billion of additional development.
[Link] BlackRock buys infrastructure investor Global Infrastructure Partners for $12 billion. That headline says it all: Huge global asset manager buys big global asset manager; for a cool $12 billion. Global Infrastructure Partners has a broad portfolio of energy companies, telecom and tower companies, and hyperscale data center platform CyrusOne.
[Link] D-Orbit Raises $110M in Series C Round. The Italian space logistics company plans to use the investment to expand its space logistics service into in-orbit servicing and space cloud computing.

[Link] Spire Global to Launch the First Commercial Space Situational Awareness Satellite Constellation for NorthStar Earth & Space.
[Link] Mangata Networks Forges Strategic Collaboration with Microsoft to Pioneer AI-Enabled Edge Cloud Connectivity via Satellite. Mangata will provide connectivity and intelligent cloud computing services around the globe. The network is powered by a multi-orbit constellation of highly elliptical orbit and medium Earth orbit satellites and a terrestrial network of edge data centers.
